Return & Replacement Policy

At Flikk, we follow a strict Open Box Delivery Policy to ensure 100% transparency and security for our customers.

All orders from Flikk are delivered with Open Box Inspection.
Upon arrival, the delivery agent will open the package in front of you.
You will be given 5 to 10 minutes to thoroughly check and inspect the item(s) before making the payment.

If you are satisfied with the product, pay the total amount via Cash or UPI to the delivery agent and accept the parcel.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, you can refuse to accept the parcel on the spot without paying.

Once the delivery agent leaves after receiving payment, NO returns, refunds, or replacements will be entertained under any circumstances.
Since you get to inspect the product live before paying, all sales become final once accepted.
